Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, has approved the appointment of 13 new Permanent Secretaries as part of efforts to enhance the administrative capacity of the state’s civil service.
An official statement by the Bauchi State Government said the appointments are aimed at improving efficiency, professionalism, and service delivery across key ministries and agencies.
The government noted that the move forms part of ongoing reforms to reposition the civil service for optimal performance and responsiveness to public needs.
Governor Mohammed, while advising the appointees to align with the administration’s vision and development agenda, urged them to justify the confidence reposed in them by demonstrating dedication, integrity, and commitment to duty.
The newly appointed Permanent Secretaries are expected to assume responsibilities immediately in their respective ministries.
